The rooms were tidy and included a microwave oven, refrigerator, and kitchenware. the location of the guesthouse was perfect, with an excellent local restaurant nearby, which was a real treat. I would definitely stay there again. It was a pleasant experience overall.

We stayed at a guesthouse during Christmas and it was quite cosy. The room was nicely decorated and warm, with a comfortable bed and clean towels. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of food to choose from, including homemade bread and jams. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and nice hiking trails. the family who owned the guesthouse was very helpful and kind.

There were some downsides. The bathroom was shared and not very clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse in Hvolsvollur! The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were outstanding. The shared kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to easily prepare meals. The convenient location made it easy to explore the area. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to assist when my car battery died. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a pleasant stay on the south coast.
